Bulwark sells premium wall skimming filler to developers, contractors and hardware retailers across Kenya. We took the product to market with a dedicated field sales team — walking into active construction sites, hardware merchants and developer offices in Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu — to grow distribution and demand at the point where buying decisions are actually made.

Case study 02 — Smartplyconnect

Launching Smartplyconnect straight into the hands of Kenya’s barbers.

Smartplyconnect is an e-commerce platform for the beauty industry. To launch the website to its core audience, we designed and produced a national Fade Challenge in Nairobi in 2024 — bringing barbers from across the country into one room with their tools, their craft and the brands that supply them. The event put the platform in front of the people who would actually use it, on day one.
